But also with a swimming pool right next to the Sea House, which we and the children adored. A view of the pearly clear sea and beaches, the town of Korčula, sunsets, wonderful... All amenities within a few steps of an easy, pleasant walk along the sea or riding bicycles (2) or SUP boards (free equipment). Everything is well thought out and luxuriously equipped, all the necessary appliances in the kitchen, a very large spacious terrace with good shade, a barbecue. Everything is brand new, comfortable and very clean. With breakfast on the terrace, birds sing and butterflies fly, and the light afternoon breeze is a natural refreshment even on the hottest days. In the immediate vicinity are well-known wineries of top quality wines and restaurants with an excellent offer of local and international cuisine. The owner is very polite and very helpful, he tries his best to make you feel more than welcome. We will book again. We had a great time. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with a breathtaking sea view. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very well equipped, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The owner was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, always available and happy to assist with any questions or requests. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to return in the future.

Family apartment Mirjam encontra-se em Orebić, na região de Dubrovačko-Neretvanska županija, e tem uma varanda e vista do jardim. The apartment itself was fabulous. I cannot think of anything that was not in the apartment. It was super clean, very well located (10 meters) near the sea (also view on the sea with the nice smell of the pine trees). Large terrace with very comfortable loungebank and chairs. Airco worked perfectly. The kitchen was equipped as in our own house. More than enough pots, pans, cups, cutlery etc.etc. At the side of the house there was also a terrace with play equipment for small kids. Marija, the owner, is very friendly. We were welcomed by her and her husband with a bottle of slivovitsj and olive oil. She even paid our fine of 16 euros (and did not want the money from us) as we forgot to pay for parking somewhere near the port (we didn’t know what to do with the fine, as it was all written in Croatian…. ) Although we think that should not be a standard gesture, we thought it was very kind!

Amazing apartment, very clean, nice parking lot for the ones coming with a car, great location, very nice beach just in front of the apartment, the host very kind and helpful, welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and a plate full of fresh grapes!
