But what I appreciated most was the welcome and support I received from the owner, Gedé, a very helpful and reliable person, who organized everything for me down to the smallest details. The staff was friendly. If you want to enjoy Diamond Beach and Atuh Beach, then I recommend Lempeh Jungle Cottage!

What a hidden gem we stumbled upon on this island. This place is absolutely incredible, and if you’ve rated it poorly, perhaps it simply wasn’t meant for you — and that’s okay. This is not a destination for those who like to rush. It’s a place to get grounded, to sit quietly with a book, to slow down and gaze at stars undimmed by artificial light — to actually see the sky. It’s the kind of place that might stir something deep, bringing back childhood memories and a sense of nostalgia you didn’t know you were missing. If your idea of a great stay involves noise, activity, and a packed itinerary, this is not a place for you. But if you’re craving stillness, and the kind of quiet that actually lets you breathe - this is it. The food is delicious, the rooms are beautiful, and I also had the chance to try their natural cosmetic products - thoughtfully curated. Everything here invites you to focus on what truly matters, without the clutter. We will absolutely be back - next time for at least several weeks, with a stack of books and nowhere to be.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Diamond Beach Bungalow ligger i Nusa Penida, 7 minuters promenad från Diamond Beach, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård och gratis privat parkering. Bungalowen är mycket fin och med en fin utsikt över hav och berg så är detta boendet prisvärt. Boendet ligger nära Diamond beach men det är egentligen det enda. För att ta sig till andra resmål så kunde man hyra scoter ifrån boendet. Fanns också trevliga resauranger i närområdet. Själva ägaren till boendet var fantastisk, trevlig, hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på WhatsApp.
