I was particularly impressed by the personal touch and how eager everyone was to make sure I’m satisfied . I think the service I experienced at Harod’s was the best I experienced in Israel!

The atmosphere inside the hotel, specifically the restaurant - "Mood" and their staff - All of them were so high energy and always looking after us. I would call out the head of their Bar and Kitchen - Tomar or "Tommy" as he would like to call himself. He was great and took such good care of us. The food was Chef inspired in the restaurant and they make excellent cocktails.
