The location is in between and far enough away from the two road accesses to the beach from Benaulim and Colva, so it is nice and calm. Its a great place to dine, have your feet in the sand and watch the beachlife. Travellers wanting party life should go somewhere else...

The place was neat and clean. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything that we required like an Aqua-guard, Microwave, Fridge, two induction cookware. It was fully furnished apartment. Great for a group of 4 people.

We were looking for a two-bedroom-accommodation in the area of Benaulim and happened to find this place. That sure was one lucky find: we got to book a very spacious and well equipped villa with everything one could possibly need. Our favorites were: super fast internet, washing machine, AC working without a single problem, very comfortable beds (even by European standards), very well equipped kitchen. That’s definitely a place where one can stay a bit longer as well, not just four nights as we did. We got to talk to Sam from Lotus Hermitage who was very helpful. He also arranged us with a taxi with an honest driver to get back to the airport. Many thanks to Sam for all his help and patience! A supermarket is located at 1.1km distance and a tuktuk can be taken to go back to the hotel (around 100-150 rupees). Lots of other shops are also around that supermarket. Many restaurants are within walking distance (located mostly directly by the beach)- there is something for everyone. We highly recommend this place (also to fellow European visitors)!
