When you to the beach you do down, when you go back to the villa you have to go up. So you have to ready to walk. The breakfasts are always delivered directly to the rooms according to a choice which has to be made in advance. All rooms (or at least majority of them) have amazing view on the sea which is directly below them. Some rooms have private jacuzzis in the terrace. And also there are the terrace with several jacuzzis available for all visitors of the villa.
