Agriturismo da Pina has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Porto Conte, 7.7 km from Nuraghe di Palmavera. We kicked off our Sardinia road trip in the best way possible at Pina and Francisco’s Agriturismo — and we would definitely recommend it to everyone who would stay near Alghero! Pina is a truly wonderful host. Even though we only speak a little Italian, she went out of her way to communicate with us using Google Translate, which we really appreciated. Our room was perfect — spotlessly clean, including the bathroom, and equipped with everything we needed. A big plus: the shower had great water pressure! On top of that, the breakfast was fantastic: eggs, prosciutto, cheese, juice, yogurt, coffee, cereal… everything you could want. And the homemade dolci? Absolutely incredible — so much so that we even asked Pina for her recipe! All in all, a solid 10/10 experience.

I have traveled to many places but I have not found people who are more attentive to their guests. They helped us in any situation that arose even if it was not their responsibility. Offering a garden and mountain view, Agriturismo Graziano e Barbara is set in Porto Conte, 8 km from Nuraghe di Palmavera and 11 km from Capo Caccia. Arcangelo and Maria were the most hospitable hosts that we have EVER encountered. They went over and above to make sure that we had the best possible stay. From dinner and beach recommendations to supplying extra pillows, they exceeded our expectations. They went so far as to obtain dijon mustard for us for our cold cuts at breakfast when they heard about our love for good mustards. To top all of this off, Archangelo is a well trained pastry chef who’s creations are enjoyed at breakfast! Staying in a place like this, we could all become centenarians. About the room, it was spacious and spotless. The bed was quite comfortable, lighting was great in both the room and bathroom, and the medium sized refrigerator had a little larger freezer than most.

Agriturismo Porticciolo is set within the Porto Conte Regional Park, 400 metres from Porticciolo Beach, and 16 km from Alghero. The property offers independent houses with air conditioning and TV. A very peaceful and beautiful agriturismo with a lovely garden. The rooms with private bathrooms are located in separate standalone cottages, creating a cozy, close-to-nature atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast on site was delicious and generous. It’s also a great base for exploring the region and the surroundings of Alghero – Neptune’s Grotto is nearby, as well as many beautiful beaches.

We booked this property due to its proximity to Alghero Airport as we had an early morning flight. Room was modern and comfortable and the host was extremely helpful. Dogs were very friendly.
