Hotel Dei Pini ligger omgitt av en stor furuskog ved Bombarde-stranden og en del av Porto Conte regionalpark. The entire experience was out of this world. Our favourite part of the hotel was the location with the beach view. The private bay is secluded with rich blue waters and views as far as the eye can see. Exceptional location, the private beach had plenty of sun loungers in different locations for those wanting sun or shade and was never overcrowded. We loved sitting out on the terrace before supper with a glass of bubbles and watching the sun melt over the ocean. We booked in with the restaurant for supper one night and it was divine, made even more perfect as we were seated overlooking the pay- you can't get this experience in many hotels or restaurants without months of prior booking. Hotel staff were so knowledgeable about local restaurant choices as well as bus schedules into Alghero. We will most definitely be back and will extend our stay for longer at this gorgeous location.

There is a very nice pool and also a playground for children, which our daughter enjoyed a lot! Claudio is a great host and he treated us with some amazing meals and even gave our daughter fruit from his garden which was delicious!

The location, the apartment and the owner Paola was amazing too, She was very kind and friendly. Helped us a lot with any requests we had. The Cala Azul is highly recommended if you are planning a perfect vacation. (The sea coast is just 15 min by walk, we have done that every day) :-)
