The owner Mrs Consuelo met us there to hand over the keys, she wanted to show us around and she was happy to do so even though our arrival time was outside the checking in times, she was very helpful and kind and went out of her way with any help or information we needed, fantastic place along with one helpful and kind owner, thank you Mrs Consuelo, we will be back.

Excellent accommodation 100 m from the beach in a quiet dead end street. Parking directly in the garden of the villa. The villa has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, two toilets and two terraces surrounded by oleanders. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday, including beach umbrellas and chairs. There is a restaurant nearby. A small market is about 300 m away in the campsite. A large supermarket is 2 km away. The villa was clean, the beds comfortable. The owner was very pleasant.

Il Gabbiano is located in Chia, just 200 metres from its sandy beaches. It offers free WiFi in public areas, a restaurant and classically-furnished rooms featuring air conditioning. Couldn't have asked for anything better especially location just seconds to the Laguna full of flamingos and 5 minutes from the amazing beach. Just one tip, renting a car will also make a big difference 😀 Only little thing we wished for was a kettle to be able to make some coffee that's all but otherwise all perfect 👍👌

The property has a rustic feel and a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony area - the sunny location is fabulous; the local beach is only a 5 minute walk away and in the other direction for 5 minutes you can go to a local store to get your morning bread and supplies if not wanting to get in the car to Pula (18mins only) to a supermarket. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but you will need a car to dine at others, explore local beaches and also to get to a competitive place to rent a boat.

We loved sitting out under the olive tree and looking out to the sea . Very clean and great communication from the hosts . Well-equipped and very spacious house . Lots of kitchen equipment made cooking very easy. When asked, the host provided a wealth of information about the property and the local area .

Comfortable Accommodations: Veridia Resort Sardinia in Chia offers family rooms with air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and free WiFi in the public areas. I had a great weekly stay at Veridia Nature Resort in Chia. I travelled solo to this resort and I enjoyed the beach, fitness, e-bikes, good food and amazing views. Would 100% come back here. I definitely want to give a shoutout to a few…Giorgia (Alima restaurant), Jorge (beach), Elena (reception) and Carlo (porter) made my stay unforgettable, their work-ethic, genuinely thoughtful service and enthusiasm is unmatched.
