Em Chia, na região de Sardenha, La Casa sotto la Torre antica tem varanda térrea e vista para o mar. This house is situated near the raw of the very beautifull beaches, surrounded by beautiful cliffs, flamingo lakes and some off the beaten track places. The owner of the house is so friendly and helped us a lot with transfer and useful reccomendation. There is a garden near the house, so eating outside there is very special and nice.

Nice and functional bungalow, very close to a very nice beach in walking distance. The hosts were nice but we only saw them at check-in and -out. Spacy and practical rooms with two bath rooms, nice terrasse with a table and long chairs in the garden. Fast and stable internet in case you need it. A/C worked really well at around 30C outside.

The villa has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, two toilets and two terraces surrounded by oleanders. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday, including beach umbrellas and chairs. There is a restaurant nearby. A small market is about 300 m away in the campsite. A large supermarket is 2 km away. The villa was clean, the beds comfortable. The owner was very pleasant.

There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but you will need a car to dine at others, explore local beaches and also to get to a competitive place to rent a boat.
