Situated on the beachfront in San Priamo and boasting a garden, Tenuta Feraxi - Private Paradise has free WiFi throughout the property. Great breakfast - Angela and Telemaco looked after us so well. Short easy walk to a very quiet beach. The sky at night was incredible. If you want to relax and get away from it all I highly recommend Tenuta Feraxi.

Super helpful, welcoming and supportive. The house is on the first line of the beach so you only have to cross the sand dune and enjoy the long beach and calm water. The room is equipped with everything you need and it is super cozy and feeling like home. The garden is well maintained and formidable. We had delicious breakfast in the mesmerising surroundings. We are truly sorry for spending only one night here, but will definitely come for longer! Thank you!

We had one side of the house. Massimo, the host lives upstairs and at the time of our stay his parents were on the other side of the house. We had separate entry to the property/garden. House is ok, close to the beach. Massimo is very neat, nice and willing to help.

This is one of the most beautiful places where I've ever stayed. The bungalows are in the middle of the nature and the main building is reachable within a minute on foot. There is a huge park with playgrounds for children. The bungalows are very big and comfortable. The host was just amazingly friendly. It's also not too far from the sea (depending where you want to go. The best calas of the Costa Rei are located less than half an hour by car). If you want a place to relax with a romantic atmosphere and if you like communicating with your host, this is a unique experience. The food was also excellent.
