The large gardens of Villa Giada offer direct access to the beach on the Thyrrenic Coast of Calabria. The B&B offers free parking, and is 1.5 km from the historic centre of Tropea. The villa was stunning, with beautiful views and perfect location. The delicious breakfast was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The location was phenomenal, very close to the beach, as well as the stairs that led up to the main center of Tropea. The rooftop patio was just awesome. The sunset was literally right in front of you, and the views were incredible. The room was very clean and spacious. We just loved this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

Our ocean view, quiet location with a 10-min walk to the center, groceries just up the street, and steps down to the beach just around the corner. We had all the amenities we needed inside the apartment. Our host went above and beyond for us, he was so kind and thoughtful.

I appreciate the quality of everything and everyone very much! I would recommend this place highly !

The staff were all so welcoming from the beginning and provided us with extra assistance in catching our ferry to Sicily after we left. We enjoyed drinks by the pool and a lovely restaurant recommended by the hotel. It was a short walk into town and the beach clubs. The breakfast was outstanding, so much choice and was the best we had found in our 3 weeks travelling through Italy.

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of sea, La Porta del Mare is situated in Tropea, 500 metres from Costa degli Dei Beach. The location is very good, the view is nice.
