Our stay in Villa Perdalonga was great. The area is very nice and the view from the front garden is amazing. The small beach 3 min walk from the place is very private, a nice place to chill and relax. The house is well equipped, we had everything we needed. Contact with the host was great. Maurizio was supporting us with anything we needed and responded very quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend it.

Comprising a garden and barbecue facilities, President Villa Tuerredda is a recently renovated accommodation in Chia set close to Spiaggia Sa Perda Longa. All of it nothing to fault! Literally 100m to the ocean if you walk a little bit further up from the first bay there is a second bay where it’s more sandy! A lovely view to wake up to in the morning :). All the equipment you need in the kitchen! Corrado was a fantastic host! He met us upon arrival and showed us around chia and the villa! He was very responsive to messages and gave us lots of recommendations. The beaches surrounding the property are amazing the water is perfect, as like most of Sardinia would recommend getting a car to explore.

In addition to two sets of plates and plenty of sharp knives, the kitchen also has such things as a blender for smoothies, 4 Teflon frying pans, two graters, etc. We were very pleased with the equipment for a picnic by the sea, including a cooling bag. - The apartment looks as if the owner has just lived in it - in the closet you will find a beach umbrella, an iron with an ironing board, games for children, olive oil, sugar, salt, baking paper, aluminum and food foil, dishwasher capsules, nespresso capsules for the first days as well as long-life bread if you checkin overnight and in the morning when you get up you can have your first meal from the apartment's supplies. - The beds have quality mattresses - There are three separate air conditioning units in the interior - A garden shower after coming from the beach will help you avoid bringing sand inside - Grill with all accessories including firewood, fire starter and kit - We were surprised that the sofa bed in the hallway has a full mattress for two people - Enough chairs on the terrace if you have some friends coming to visit - Parking space, although it is 150 meters away around the corner. You wouldn't even want to park near the house due to the narrow spaces. - The pillows are made of quality memory foam, if you don't like them, there are other classic, smaller ones in the apartment, but they are smaller.

Hotel Aquadulci is set in a peaceful location on Sardinia's southern coast, 500 meters from the public beach of Su Giudeu. I really liked the hotel itself, it was modern, quiet, clean and with the very friendly staff and good food. It has beautiful garden with palm trees and pool. With the constant chirping of birds one would feel like in the paradise :) Also, the great advantage is that the hotel is located very close to one of the nicest and longest beaches in south Sardegna. We visited four more beaches but we liked this one the best! Water so clean and calm, it felt like swimming in the pool! :)

Ideal location, peace and quiet all around, beach walks within walking distance. Very good communication with the owner. There is a grocery store nearby where you can buy everything you need for cooking. The kitchen was equipped with oil and spices, which was very useful. The beds were very comfortable, spacious central room, large terrace, garden like in a botanical wonderland.
