It is an exceptional location, especially its location to 2 beaches that are very nice and not crowded with people. There are flamingos living near part of one beach. One beach is also suitable for staying with smaller children. The accommodation is completly equipped, we did not miss anything. The view is of an olive orchard and mountains. The host is very caring, kind and helpful. The accommodation is part of a large house where there are 3 other apartments. It is a quiet destination, away from hotels, exactly the place we are looking for. It is definitely necessary to have a rental car, most services are not in walking distance.

Comfortable Accommodations: Veridia Resort Sardinia in Chia offers family rooms with air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and free WiFi in the public areas. A beautiful, comfortable resort. We had a lovely stay. The buffet dinner is absolutely amazing. The pool is huge and good for proper swimming.

Excellent accommodation 100 m from the beach in a quiet dead end street. Parking directly in the garden of the villa. The villa has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, two toilets and two terraces surrounded by oleanders. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday, including beach umbrellas and chairs. There is a restaurant nearby. A small market is about 300 m away in the campsite. A large supermarket is 2 km away. The villa was clean, the beds comfortable. The owner was very pleasant.

The accommodation is situated in a quiet area with houses just across the main road that runs through Chia. At first it seems a bit remote, but it has definitely a certain charm to it. The house is in good shape, kept in check by the owners - Luciano and his wife. They are very nice people, helpful, giving advice and offering you beach utensils. They reside in the same building, but they give you your privacy. The check in process was easy - Luciano shows you the accommodation, gives you information and hands you the keys. You need to pay a 200 Euro guarantee - this will be returned to you through a banking order in the first week after your check out. We stayed in the apartment overlooking the wonderful garden. The apartment was a good size with a well equipped kitchen (stove, gas burner, dishwasher, microwave, cooking pots and pans, dishes, etc.), so you can cook to your liking. It had air conditioning in the living room, but it was well placed and managed to cool the whole apartment, so you could sleep without having cold air blowing on you the whole night. The garden is beautifully maintained and you can use to your liking. We were traveling with our kids and they had a great time playing in the garden. You can park your car in front of the house. You can drive in the courtyard for unloading the luggage, but you can not leave in because of the sprinkler system - it turns on every night for watering the lawn. There are a number of beautiful beaches (Spiaggia di Sa Colonnia, di Campana Dune, di Campana Pontile, Su Giudeu) in the area to visit, but you will need a car to get there. There is a small store in the village for quick shopping, but we used the big stores in Pula for stocking the fridge. It is a drive away - about 17 km, but you have a bigger choice.

Couldn't have asked for anything better especially location just seconds to the Laguna full of flamingos and 5 minutes from the amazing beach. Just one tip, renting a car will also make a big difference 😀 Only little thing we wished for was a kettle to be able to make some coffee that's all but otherwise all perfect 👍👌
