Beautiful location, rooms are very nice and cozy. We got the room with our own bathroom and that was nice! They have everything you need and if something is missing you can go to the main office and grab what you need. The island is so welcoming, we did not want to leave. We'd love to go back and stay here again!

Zamamia International Guesthouse ligger i Shimajiri i Okinawa og har en fellesstue. Her bor du 13 minutters gange fra Furu Zamami-stranden og 500 meter fra Tower of Peace. What a special place! Felt welcomed in this rustic little island home from the moment I walked in and wish I could’ve stayed forever. The dorm was comfortable, location amazing and everything was very clean. While there’s no proper kitchen, there’s a microwave, dishes/cutlery and hot water + there are so many great restaurants in town, I didn’t feel like I needed a kitchen anyways! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Buying warm lunches in bento box at Healthy food Dandelion 20 meters close. Possibility to dry neoprene suit, everything clean, helpful staff. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is very centrally located, easy to find and very clean. For such a small island, the accommodation was perfect it had everything we needed and felt very cozy. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, responded quickly to all messages and was always ready to assist.

Located on the beautiful Zamami Island, Guesthouse Iyonchi is a 5-minute walk from Zamami Port. A beach can be reached within a 15-minute walk. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. I loved the location! Had a roof top and lounge area which was a plus! Very clean and cozy! Staff were amazing :)

I Zamami, bare 18 minutters gange fra Ama-stranden og 600 meter fra Tower of Peace ligger サンメール座間味. St. Maire Zamami has been one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. They welcome you at the port and drive you to the resort front door, it’s really close by but it’s appreciated, especially if you have a large luggage. You get a welcome drink, you get to choose a complimentary bath and shower kit, and you also get to pick your first breakfast time and menu before being taken to your room. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern and elegant, with nice views over the port area. Breakfast is prepared fresh for you every day, and you always get to choose the time and the menu for the next day. You can have it both indoor and outdoor. Quality is very high. Staff is super friendly and helpful, it really felt like a family taking care of you, I have kept ‘bothering’ them with many requests and they have always helped me, from suggestions on what to visit to where to eat for lunch and dinner. I HIGHLY recommend having them suggest and book dinner restaurants for you every single day because there aren’t many options and they tend to get full quickly. If you walk in either direction from the resort you will end up in 2 beautiful beaches, I suggest visiting both, especially the west one for amazing breathtaking sunset views. The resort provides you with beach towels and snorkeling masks if necessary. The closest observation deck is Takatsukiyama and I recommend visiting it, you can easily walk to it in around 15-20 minutes and you will have amazing views, plus a nice patio to relax at. Around town you will find many snorkeling and similar activities tours options, and you also have the possibility to rent bikes or scooters.

Boasting a restaurant, shared lounge, garden and free WiFi, kānusuba zamami is situated in Zamami, less than 1 km from Furuzamami Beach and a 12-minute walk from Ama Beach. This stay was one of the most memorable, most amazing experiences I've had in my life. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, they picked us up from the port and it was a short ride to the stay. There are only 5 rooms so there is a feeling of community you wouldn't get in a large hotel resort. There was almost a 1:1 ratio from guest to staff, which was astounding. They really went above and beyond to cater to all our needs and even offered a car service to 2 beaches closeby and were super flexible regarding the times for pick-up and drop-off. The dinner was one of the best meals I've had in Japan. It was full of umami flavour, rich and deep and comforting, Japanese / Okinawan sourced ingredients fused with European influences and every course was simply delicious. Breakfast was amazing as well and you could choose the time for which you could eat it. The room is spacious, modern and bright - the bathroom is amazing and the bed is comfortable. I definitely will be back!
