The rooms were cleaned daily and everything seemed sanitary and upkept. It's a great value for such an amazing location!

I encountered an issue with the TV volume, which was a user error on my part since I’m not familiar with Korean TV remotes. I thought I might have to skip the TV for the entire stay, but thankfully, I received a prompt response and solution within a few minutes.
