The front office staff are very courteous, professional and helpful. That's the biggest strength of this hotel. Ms.Roshi and Ms.Nimasha are truly exceptional staff. Although they work for a small hotel, they have the talent and mindset to work for any large hotel. +2. Superb location, bang on the beach of the Mirissa bay. The beach right in front of the hotel, feels like a private beach. Quiet and amazing. +3. Good restaurant with able and attentive staff. Very good food. You don't expect a small hotel to serve good food, but this hotel serves very very very good food. I was rather surprised. Breakfast few feet away from the beach, overlooking the vast Indian ocean is something you must try. +4. Nicely tucked away, yet, few minutes walk along the beach to all beach restaurants and beach bars. Mirissa is a great place, and this hotel has the perfect location in Mirissa.

The best location in Mirissa. rooms are very close to beach and the sound of waves were reminding me that I am just besides the sea. Clean and well maintained swimming pool was also good.
