Restful beachfront accommodation awaits at Jetwing Sea, which features a spa, 2 infinity pools and a rooftop fitness centre. 1 km from the famous Dutch Canal, spacious rooms offer stunning sea views. This was one of the nicest hotels where we were staying. The staff was very nice, location was perfect, as we were next to a beach and the food was great.

Topaz Beach Hotel has extraordinary employees, all of them are very kind, nice, always ready to help and advise, specialy the Manager who always takes time for every guest even when she is very bussy. You can feel that she is living for hotel's guests. The food was very good, hotel is clean, the location is top, on the beach, and has also a swimming pool. The beach front is sandy and the waves of the Indian ocean are calm enough in the morning, so you can take a swimm there. The wiev from the hotel to the Indian ocean trhrough the palm trees over the sandy beach is splendid and the sunset is unforgetible.

Located right on beachside which was incredibly peaceful sleeping. Only metres off its own private beach. Facilities are clean. Staff welcoming and it’s in its own gated premises to park our tuk tuk. Really close to the gem market

Perhaps the nicest and largest room with balcony overlooking the ocean, we stayed in during our 2-1/2 months in Sri Lanka. It’s a great value and a shame we only spent one night, because we had to catch a plane the next day. The manager was extremely gracious. Though breakfast is not offered, he served delicious black coffee and cookies in the morning and also arranged a taxi to the airport. A personal note, we found it most helpful to turn the fan on to circulate the air conditioning.
