The host was very nice and answered every request perfectly, including garage, late check out and locker room for luggage. The flat looked better that the pictures and was in pristine condition, it had everything needed, including good airco in every room, washing and dishes machines, coffee device, 2 big beds, solid Wi-Fi, big TV. The location couldn't have been better - the biggest Budva's supermarket is right next to it, the beach infrastructure is 2 minutes away, including tasty restaurants (Tropico, Obala, Jadran).

Everything looks and feels new, modern, and very well maintained. It was extremely clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, and there is air conditioning in every room. The bed was very comfortable, and the view is beautiful, with a clear view of the sea and the island. The location is perfect — quiet but close to everything. There is convenient parking nearby and a supermarket within a short walking distance. The host was absolutely amazing. She is very kind, attentive, and caring. Communication with her was always easy, pleasant, and positive. She even prepared thoughtful birthday gifts for me, which was incredibly touching and made our stay even more special. I have stayed in many places around Europe and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had.
