Ignore the negative reviews about this hotel. For anyone who doesn’t spend their only vacations at 5-star all-inclusive resorts, this hotel will meet all expectations. First of all, the view is amazing. They also organize trips with transport to ABCD trips at the same price as the street vendors, and even cheaper than GetYourGuide. They offer airport transfers at a reasonable price and provide free transport to Town Square, where all the restaurants and bars are located. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. None of our requests were ever refused — whether it was storing our camera in the safe at the reception or getting extra towels for the beach at no additional cost. Everything was perfect. Additionally, this is a hotel that treats animals with respect and takes care of them, which earns them a solid 10 from us. It’s been a long time since a 3-star hotel on Booking has exceeded our expectations this much.

The room was big and spacious, the bed was big and icredibly cozy the fan and the aircon assured a good temperature in the room. The swimming pool was also very very nice and the restaurant had great food. The employees were very polite and helpful too!

Beautiful sunsets. Far enough away from the El Nido Beach scene to be quiet and peaceful and close enough to be able to go to town and grab food and drinks when desired. Felt like we were in a smaller village 😊 Good room and great balcony. Front garden area has a lovely hammock overlooking the water.

Very attentive staff, you can tell that everything was very thoughtful and done with extra care. The property is very beautiful, clean and well taken care of. The view of the sea and the cliffs is astounding - we loved having breakfast with such a nice view!

The staff especially Neil and Eunice our butlers, Ray, Nicky, Angelo, and Jovelyn from food service treated us very well. The security guard on the night we wanted to go to the town, he walked us out to the road where there are lights with his flash light. I forgot to get his name. The spa, Pamela and Erika for making our therapy so special. Our island hopping tour guide, Rio, making the whole experience memorable and wonderful.
