I am really impressed with the staff. Special mention of Nino and his tour crew, Sheila at the front desk, who goes out of her way to accommodate us on our needs, Abigail and Ryan at the dining room who's been very helpful while we dine, and last but not least, Ruby who goes up and down 99 steps to help 4 seniors at room 206 😃😃😃 I would rate these staffs 10 out of 10.

I couldn't be happier having chosen this place as my last stop travelling through beautiful Philippines. There is something magical about this location - it's not only the breathtaking scenery that makes it so special, it's also the wonderful people working there. Never in my life have I experienced more dedicated, accommodating and attentive staff as the Wonderland crew. A huge THANK YOU to Lenard, Mitch, Francis, Trankz and all the others for your hospitality and for making my birthday truly unforgettable! I made memories that will last a lifetime. The facility has been designed really thoughtfully and with great attention to detail. All meals are being prepared fresh in the openair kitchen situated within the restaurant, overlooking the ocean. Butterflies flutter around inbetween the huts. The atmosphere is so soothing and calm, away from the bustle in El Nido, yet close enough in case you need anything. Kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear are provided for free, and all-inclusive island hopping day tours can be booked comfortably through the reception. WIFI works excellently throughout the entire facility - even out on the ocean! This place is another level in every way. Arriving at the site left me speechless, leaving it felt like saying goodbye to new friends.
