Vellago is special in many ways ,luxury,isolation, peace and calmness. Their staff are on another level altogether, they uplift this property to the maximum. Mind my spelling Bambie, Lester , Edmar ( these are the only names I can remember) the staff make you feel like u are royalty . Thank you from the bottom off my heart for making me feel so special. The views are amazing the pictures and rooms don't lie. The Chef - each meal prepared too perfection . BAMBIE WAS my server,bartender and personal assistant lol an amazing man .

The room was spotless, the bed unbelievably comfortable (we slept like babies!), and the AC kept everything perfectly cool. Having our own private bathroom with hot water was a great bonus. Every morning, Elmo and Grace prepared a delicious homemade breakfast that we enjoyed while overlooking the peaceful port and the fishing boats. It’s such a calming way to start the day. The area is quiet and local, yet just a short walk from all the restaurants, bars, and activities in town. What made this stay exceptional was their incredible hospitality and generosity. We felt completely at home and loved spending time with them. They are rays of sunshine, kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. They helped us with everything: booking tours, arranging scooter rentals and tuk-tuks, and sharing the best local recommendations especially for authentic local food we would never have found on our own.

We checked in Midnight and the room was already clean and even though they are so sleepy, they really did their best to lift our luggage to the 2nd floor. The views are amazing, you will see the el nido town proper and the beach in the balcony. We also arrived where the festival or fiesta is active, so it was noisy outside, but the people there is amazing because they apologize in advance and they will also convince you to join their festival.

The house itself is really clean and nice. Bathroom is good, with good water pressure.

Location is great too, in the middle of town so we were exactly where we needed to be.

It is much more affordable than the prices outside. It is within walking distance to the bazaar in terms of location and is a clean business. We thank them all, it was on my list as the place to stay when I came back.

We really loved staying at this hotel! It was spotlessly clean everywhere and at all times, with brand-new, fresh renovations and furniture—everything was high quality and stylish. The staff were extremely warm, smiling, and welcoming, especially Elize and Rence. There is a drinking water dispenser near the room; guests are encouraged to use their own reusable bottles and avoid single-use plastic. The location is excellent—close to the port, with streets full of cafés, food, and coffee just 2–5 minutes away. Despite being near the ferry, it does not affect the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at all. Our room was not large, but it was very cozy, beautiful, and peaceful. Thoughtful lighting, a Smeg kettle, and a Dyson hair dryer. The room was cleaned every day, and we were given fresh, thick white towels. Everything felt very new and fresh, with high quality in every detail. Clean bed linen and a warm blanket, with two good pillows per person. There is also a safe and a refrigerator, hot water and good water pressure—which was especially pleasing after traveling around Palawan and staying in accommodations of varying comfort levels.
