From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure my comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect and the views were to die for i would definitely be back to enjoy the experience. We spent my friends birthday during our stay and they offered a free decoration by the beach for us during sunset and it was perfect. I especially enjoyed the room services, food and drinks, the staff was exceptional and welcoming I’d definitely be back the best welcoming experience I’ve had . If you are looking to escape to the mountains this is the perfect location for you. I highly recommend vellago resort to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I had a great experience at this hostel! The location is perfect, right in the town center, close to everything you might need shops, restaurants, and attractions are all within walking distance. The room was very clean, and the AC worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to assist with anything. They helped me book tours, rent a motorbike, and even arrange a transfer van. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Spacious room where everything works well. Hot shower. Tap water doesn’t smell bad nor has a brownish color (in many other places in El Nido this is the case, I heard). Breakfast served for extra (but for El Nido standards very low) price on the pleasant terrace. No more karaoke or loud music :) so don’t get distracted by older reviews. At least when I was there the bar on the terrace was completely quiet. Excellent wifi in the rooms and in public spaces. Water dispenser for free refills as well as bottled water to purchase in the reception available. 24 hour reception service, help to organize tours, friendly staff.
