Michel had a fall on the steps close to reception an had a deep cut, the admin assisted and accompanied us to the hospital, etc. Thank you. We do suggest railings at the very last two sets of stairs. They are slippery.

I don`t know where to begin I don`t know were to end! This was one of the best experiences when it comes to hotels, and we are really travelling a lot. This is the easiest evaluation I`ve ever done, because simply everything was more than perfect. I begin with the staff that was over the top. Friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Supernice to our 3 kids, they really created memories that last. Wonderful rooms with spectacular views, clean, modern, nice. Beautiful bathrooms and showers. Private notes and cookies and bites to the room every day. Minibar, Coffee machine, wonderful balkony. The whole setting within a beautiful botanical garden. Wonderful beach in front of the hotel, spectacular infinity pool diretcly at the beach but just for hotel guests. Superb breakfast, airport pick up, shuttle to beaches. Nice beachbar with delicious food and drinks. Perfect location, quiet. Top! If I could I´d give 20 out of 10 points! Just book it if you want to be happy :-)

يقع مكان إقامة "Sunset at Las Cabanas" في إل نيدو، ويتميز بحديقة ومنطقة شاطئ خاص وتراس ومطعم. Our bungalow was located on the beach, extremely remote and nice beach with good view. Breakfast is served on the next resort. Bungalow is small but was enough for two people and has nice balcony. There is AC, big bathroom and shower. Only path to the place is via shore. Crew are very helpful, they met with us beside MacDonald and carried our luggage to the room.

The space was modern, cozy, and spotless, with all the amenities you could ask for. Whether relaxing on the balcony or enjoying a cocktail on the pool,the view was the highlight of the experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall excellent service.

The view from our villa was phenomenal WOW, I arrived at the hotel after a minor injury on a boat trip which made it quite awkward for me to climb stairs, the staff was unbelievably attentive and helpful, they brought us the menus for dinner took our order and brought us dinner to our room the same happened next morning for breakfast. Mat the owner was also very nice and helpful he came to hi and see how we were doing and also helped us to book a massage in he room and a private car to Puerto Princesa (which turned out to Mat himself :)). The pool was great with an incredible view. the food was fabulous. I specially liked the Pan con Tomate breakfast and the fish and chips.
