Vellago was the best hotel I have ever experienced. The setting was unbelievably beautiful, the staff were the best in the world (big shout out to Bambi and Marl) and the sausages dogs were so gorgeous

Location is great too, in the middle of town so we were exactly where we needed to be.

After we arrived and saw the place we left .the description is untrue!! I planned our trip ahead...put a filter of A C.in the search. There is NO A.C. in the living area. The windows were just holes in the wall..no glass no mosquito net! The whole buildo g didmt connect and seal to the roof ..holes for mosquitos and bugs. There is no garden as described on booking.com...we left and had to find a place for those 2 night we had booked...stuck without a place to sleep.my daughter and i We are still waiting fir our refund!! We are still waiting for customer service to reply to us ..

After reading some of the reviews, I am confident if this place isn't for you, neither is the Philippines. It may be noisy at times but that is what makes El Nido great - we enjoyed our stay and this neighborhood! Hanna's is located close to the town center, easy to catch a trike anywhere, and within walking distance of the canopy walk, restaurants, and pickups for the island hopping tours (which they easily arranged for us). The staff was so nice and the rooftop bar and patio were a great place to relax after a busy day. The AC was also top-notch!

El hotel está frende al puerto, lugar de partida de las lanchas para los tours, es muy tranquilo y está a tres cuadras de la locura del centro!!! Es el lugar ideal! Las instalaciones muy nuevas, modernas y de buena calidad!! El servicio de limpieza siempre atento y alegre!!!

Elmo's family with his wife and daughter, warmly welcomed us and took good care of us! 🫶🏻 European level of cleanliness 🧼 and room service. The room is very clean, cleaning every 4 days, with a change of bed linen. Towels and linen smell nice of air conditioning. There are all disposable gels and shampoos in the bathroom. Elmo prepares a variety of breakfasts 🍳 🥭🥤 Elmo helped us have a personal taxi driver 🏍️ for a good price. Suggested where it is better to rent a kayak 🚣‍♀️ and which beaches 🏝️ to go to. Helped with all questions! Thanks to their family and reception, we had a great week in Elnido!
