The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure my comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect and the views were to die for i would definitely be back to enjoy the experience. We spent my friends birthday during our stay and they offered a free decoration by the beach for us during sunset and it was perfect. I especially enjoyed the room services, food and drinks, the staff was exceptional and welcoming I’d definitely be back the best welcoming experience I’ve had . If you are looking to escape to the mountains this is the perfect location for you. I highly recommend vellago resort to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Mimo tych drobnych niedogodności, całość oceniam pozytywnie.

Aleks z zona pomogli mi we wszystkim majac wzglad na moj slaby angielski .W korzystnej cenie mialem trip na wyspy i nawet trycykla do terminala autobusowego Z niczym nie bylo problemu, a usmiech na twarzy Aleksa rano wrozyl udany dzien.Bylem 5 nocy, niestety dopiero ostatniego woeczoru poznalem tate Aleksa z ktorym spedzilem niesamowicie mily.wieczor.Pan gral na ukulele i pieknie spiewal stare szlagiery typu. Frank Sinatra, Bylo uroczo a na dodatek wydlubalem z pomiedzy kamieni ladna muszle. Ogolnie pobyt ocemiam nie na 10 ale na 12+.Milo, cicho, blisko,czysto,wszystko na plus. Troche swiata juz zwiedzilem i gdyby wszedzie bylo tak uroczo to swiat bylby piekniejszy. Ludziom nie roszczeniowym z calego serca polecam.Gwarantuje, ze bedziecie zadowoleni.

Obiekt Z Garden Hotel Managed by H Hospitality usytuowany jest w miejscowości El Nido i oferuje pokoje z klimatyzacją. What I really liked about this stay was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. (shout out Remy), and another staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot. They kindly helped treat my leg after I accidentally fell into a hole, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was very nice, clean, and well equipped with plenty of amenities. I was impressed by the high-quality equipment, such as the Smeg water heater and Dyson hair dryer, as well as the LED mirror. The air conditioning was very cold, making the room extremely comfortable. The location was also great, just outside the main town, so it was peaceful and away from the noise, yet still convenient. Additionally, the hotel did an excellent job arranging my Tour A activities and assisting with bike rental, which made my stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Super clean, AC worked great, shower had hot water, bed was big and comfortable and lastly perfect location 2 minutes away from all the noise with no noise outside the actual hotel. 10/10 if you coming to El Nido you should stay here.
