Kasa Gigi is nestled in the heart of the Filipino community but it was easy to find with the help of a friendly local, who led us through the narrow alleys. For travellers with a sense of adventure who want an authentic experience it is just perfect. A warm welcome awaited from owners Chris and Kris who live at the property. They were happy to share lots of tips and information to help us make the most of our stay in El Nido. The room was a real oasis, bright, clean, comfortable and full of charm. We loved coming back here after time at the beach or in town. It's a short walk to town, you quickly learn the way through the fascinating alleys offering a glimpse of real life here. You can easily pick up a trike to take you further afield, or walk to the beach to join a boat tour. A lot of thought and care has been put into the accommodation, everything is comfortable and works well - efficient a/c, good warm shower, comfy bed. A decent fridge was helpful too . We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Location is great too, in the middle of town so we were exactly where we needed to be.

After we arrived and saw the place we left .the description is untrue!! I planned our trip ahead...put a filter of A C.in the search. There is NO A.C. in the living area. The windows were just holes in the wall..no glass no mosquito net! The whole buildo g didmt connect and seal to the roof ..holes for mosquitos and bugs. There is no garden as described on booking.com...we left and had to find a place for those 2 night we had booked...stuck without a place to sleep.my daughter and i We are still waiting fir our refund!! We are still waiting for customer service to reply to us ..

After reading some of the reviews, I am confident if this place isn't for you, neither is the Philippines. It may be noisy at times but that is what makes El Nido great - we enjoyed our stay and this neighborhood! Hanna's is located close to the town center, easy to catch a trike anywhere, and within walking distance of the canopy walk, restaurants, and pickups for the island hopping tours (which they easily arranged for us). The staff was so nice and the rooftop bar and patio were a great place to relax after a busy day. The AC was also top-notch!

The hosts were friendly and helpful. There was good WiFi, hot water and free tea and coffee and water. I liked everything there.

Totul a fost peste așteptări. Am analizat mult cazarile din El Nido si nu am greșit alegând acest hotel. Hotelul este impecabil de curat, totul este nou, camerele foarte bine întreținute, patul foarte confortabil, totul este de calitate (uscator de par Dayson, fierbator Smeg), iar locația este ideală – aproape de tot ce ai nevoie, dar suficient de liniștită pentru relaxare si pentru a dormi linistit noaptea. Iti pun la dispozitie prosoape de plaja. Personalul face însă diferența: extrem de amabil, atent și mereu dispus să ajute. Poti lua tururile de la hotel, poti inchiria scuter, iar transferul gratuit la aeroport a fost un mare plus și un gest foarte apreciat. Facilitățile completează perfect experiența: loc special pentru fumat în fața hotelului, acces gratuit la sala de fitness (doar anunți la recepție), apă potabilă la discreție și cafea disponibilă în permanență în hol. Ne-am simțit răsfățați și în siguranță pe tot parcursul șederii. Daca mai ajungem vreodată in El Nido cu siguranță vom reveni la acest hotel sau la unul dintre hotelurile din grupul Hospitality, se vede ca pun accent pe calitate! Recomand cu toată încrederea!

The room was spotless, the bed unbelievably comfortable (we slept like babies!), and the AC kept everything perfectly cool. Having our own private bathroom with hot water was a great bonus. Every morning, Elmo and Grace prepared a delicious homemade breakfast that we enjoyed while overlooking the peaceful port and the fishing boats. It’s such a calming way to start the day. The area is quiet and local, yet just a short walk from all the restaurants, bars, and activities in town. What made this stay exceptional was their incredible hospitality and generosity. We felt completely at home and loved spending time with them. They are rays of sunshine, kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. They helped us with everything: booking tours, arranging scooter rentals and tuk-tuks, and sharing the best local recommendations especially for authentic local food we would never have found on our own.
