Bizi yola çıktığımız andan otelden ayrılana kadar müthiş samimiyetle ağırladılar. Karşılama harikaydı, sıcak havada buz gibi koltetl ile sıcak gülümsemelerle karşılandık. Odamız tertemizdi ve harika limon kokuyordu. Odadan ne zaman ayrılıp dönsek mutlaka toplanıyor bize sürekli temiz düzenli bırakılıyordu. Yemekler oldukça güzel, şefimiz tek tek özenle hazırladı hiç bir aksaklık yoktu. Bar ekibi james, liou, bong keyifli ve işinde çok iyi genç arkadaşlar, otel müdüresi sevgili Aylin Hanım ve otel sahibi Tomas ayrıca değerli eşine tüm samimi içten özverili ilgisinden ağırlamasından ve yüzlerinden eksik olmayan gülümsemelerinden dolayı çok çok teşekkür ederiz. Şunu da belirtmek isteriz otelde 5 komik ve sevimli köpek var, otelin can dostu oldugu için de çok mutlu olduk

We stayed for two nights, and the place is clean and well taken care of. Kris and Chris are very nice; they shared their story and were always available to accommodate our needs, also providing suggestions for restaurants and tours. There are some minor improvements to be made in the room, which they are already working on, as the place is new! We even found shampoo and conditioner, very much appreciated! Prices in line with those in El Nido. We would definitely book again.

We didn't even stay! After we arrived and saw the place we left .the description is untrue!! I planned our trip ahead...put a filter of A C.in the search. There is NO A.C. in the living area. The windows were just holes in the wall..no glass no mosquito net! The whole buildo g didmt connect and seal to the roof ..holes for mosquitos and bugs. There is no garden as described on booking.com...we left and had to find a place for those 2 night we had booked...stuck without a place to sleep.my daughter and i We are still waiting fir our refund!! We are still waiting for customer service to reply to us ..

Everything was amazing. Super clean, AC worked great, shower had hot water, bed was big and comfortable and lastly perfect location 2 minutes away from all the noise with no noise outside the actual hotel. 10/10 if you coming to El Nido you should stay here.
