They were happy to share lots of tips and information to help us make the most of our stay in El Nido. The room was a real oasis, bright, clean, comfortable and full of charm. We loved coming back here after time at the beach or in town. It's a short walk to town, you quickly learn the way through the fascinating alleys offering a glimpse of real life here. You can easily pick up a trike to take you further afield, or walk to the beach to join a boat tour. A lot of thought and care has been put into the accommodation, everything is comfortable and works well - efficient a/c, good warm shower, comfy bed. A decent fridge was helpful too . We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.

I planned our trip ahead...put a filter of A C.in the search. There is NO A.C. in the living area. The windows were just holes in the wall..no glass no mosquito net! The whole buildo g didmt connect and seal to the roof ..holes for mosquitos and bugs. There is no garden as described on booking.com...we left and had to find a place for those 2 night we had booked...stuck without a place to sleep.my daughter and i We are still waiting fir our refund!! We are still waiting for customer service to reply to us ..

The staff is incredibly welcoming and nice to be around, special thanks to Remy for being extra nice and helping with organizing tours, transfers etc. They also offered us free sunbeds at Nacpan beach at another property of theirs. Ladies will appreciate the Dyson hairdryers in the room. Overall, a great experience every hotel should aspire to.
