The soundproofing in the building isn’t all that great so we could hear the neighbours upstairs move furniture and their dog barking. The street is quite busy as well. Having said that at night it was quiet and we slept well. Other than that it’s close to town, the supermarkets and the beach although I spent most of the time at baleal beach.
