Excellent location, so close to loads of restaurants/bars. Rooms were really clean and comfortable. Reception staff were so so good, really helpful for booking transport and trips! Right beside a laundry too, handy to get it all done before moving on.

Lovely resort right on the beach. In a peaceful part of town. Great breakfast. Not as flash as many of the beachfront resorts, but perfect for a family. We were able to swim in the lucky beach right out the front and in the evening could walk down the beach to the beachfront bars.

Outstanding facilities and service, with excellent architectural design; the pictures hardly do it justice. By far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere, with a totally unique vibe and presentation. It’s not cheap to be sure, but given the quality, amenities, and level of service, it’s hard to argue we didn’t get our money’s worth.

Located on Chaweng Beach and opposite Central Festival Samui, Chaweng Buri Resort offers villas set within tropical gardens. It has an outdoor pool and a 24-hour reception. The best location on the nicest part of the beach, across the road from Central Samui Mall and far enough from the Ark bar to be a peaceful oasis. Lovely spacious grounds that are not too manicured, giving it a real island feel. Apparently the resort has only been reopened for a year following Covid shutdown so there is still a bit of work going on, but it didn't impact our stay at all. The staff are delightful. The young girl in reception from Myanmar, with very good English. The always smiling boys at breakfast. Everyone greeted us cheerfully. The pool is large and overlooking the sea. Many bungalows have private plung pools. There were always plenty of loungers available during our stay, some under large shady trees. The breakfast restaurant overlooked the sea. Breakfast included an item from a set menu and also anything from the buffet. So heaps of choice. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a large covered porch and plenty of seating. Wifi worked perfectly. Plenty of easily accessible parking for cars.
