This was my absolute favourite hotel! I loved staying here. I felt super comfortable during the stay. The room was very clean, the bed very very comfy and the bathroom, especially the shower lol, was really nice. So was the interior of the room; so cute! But what mostly stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff was. While everyone was amazing, i really want to point out that the young woman that was at the reception mostly in the morning/noon was the sweetest and so so helpful. I’m sorry, I didn’t catch your name. I would recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy the gorgeous sunset on the beach right in front of the hotel :)

Mam Kaibae Hotel está ubicado frente al mar en Koh Chang, a a pocos pasos de Kai Bae Beach y a 14 km de Parque nacional de Mu Koh Chang. An amazing place recommended to us by travellers we met in Bangkok. The beachfront is one of the best I've seen and the infinity pool was lovely. The hotel is a little older than some but the location is stunning and the room was huge and comfortable. Enormous bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Reception person was kind and welcoming. Staff efficient and kind. Lots of free parking. Glorious sunsets.

The location was great - on the beach and just a few minutes walk from the main street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was great and the pool had plenty of beds. Breakfast was also great with western and local options.
