Marvelous resort that far exceeded my expectations. The building is quite large and the decor is wonderful. The cleanliness of the room and other areas was always impeccable. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was already cooled by the air conditioning. The room is enormous, has a fridge, balcony, closets, and a very nice bathroom. The toiletries smell wonderful. The pool is incredible. It has an exit to the sea, which makes for a nice walk along the coast. The breakfast is simply fabulous, with a huge variety of hot dishes, local foods, and more traditional options. All the staff were attentive, including the security personnel. The receptionists speak English and are very friendly. A special mention goes to Mrs. Hela, who was always extremely attentive and helpful. A tip: if you have any questions or requests, just ask at the reception desk. For example, pool towels are free; you just need to leave a deposit. All my questions were answered promptly. I didn't experience anything that affected my stay. I would certainly stay there again. Highly recommended!
