Extremely friendly and helpful staff, they were always eager to help us. We got an upgrade in our room, and they offered us a late check-out without even asking. The hotel building itself has an old-school feel which is interesting. Oh and the breakfast is probably the richest we have eaten in a hotel, there are people who can prepare crepes, eggs, juice on the spot for you. We loved that!
