We had an absolutely amazing stay. Wonderful villa with a large pool, terrace, sea view. The location was perfect and conveniently close to everything we wanted to see and do. The facilities were top-notch, everything in the villa was well thought out and perfectly prepared for visitors, making us feel right at home :)

We have stayed in, probably, over 80 accommodations with Booking.com and this is, without doubt, one of the best. Fro the start the map co-ordinates were accurate, which is not always the case with Boking.com, and the host was on hand to meet and show us round the property. This is a new build, immaculately kept and in very good order. There is nothing we wanted for at any time. If there was anything we required the host was on hand to provide it, as he lives close by, and proving especially helpful on one occasion in 'fishing out' some clothes from the pool that had blown in there. The rooms were suitable, with modern furniture which reflected the work undertaken by the host to make this an enjoyable experience. The layout surrounding the accommodation was clean and relaxing, and although we did not use the terrace (it being February) it was, and would have met our needs should the weather have been warmer. We did not use the jacuzzi in the bedroom, as we had no need to do so, especially as the modern showers in both bedrooms were more than adequate. The kitchen was spacious, and complemented the living room area, which looked over nearby surrounding hills. There was adequate parking space, a boon as we could park alongside the stairs leading to the upper floor. Would we recommend this to anyone, you bet. A most enjoyable 11 day stay.

Thank you, Erhan! +Great location to visit places like: many beautiful viewpoints on the road from Boğaziçi to Kidrak Beach with a stop at Butterfly Valley. You literally have to stop at every bend in the road and enjoy the view! We also visited: Babadağ mountain (1700m); Karmylassos ruins; Af Tower; Ancient Lycian city of Pinara; Saklıkent Gorge; Kaş; Sleeping Giant(Kaş); Mount Chimaera; Pamukkale; Salda Lake. And beaches like: Kaputaş, Seyrek Çakıl, Taşdibi, Patara, Kidrak, Ölüdeniz. + Beautiful view, the house is on a hill. You can see the sunset. However, some neighboring houses and the road do not improve this view, but it is still nice. + There is a hot tub on the patio and a barbecue area that will really help diversify our stay! + The car can be parked near the house on the private parking. Car is a must, otherwise it will be problematic to get somewhere. It is important to note that entering the parking lot can be difficult for inexperienced drivers, as the approach is on a steep incline and you will have to make forward and reverse maneuvers and turns in a tight space. A car with automatic transmission, parktronics and a rear view camera will help you a lot. We had such a car and never had a problem. + The apartment is generally well equipped with new and quality stuff. Very spacious, cozy and clean. + The kitchen is well equipped and has almost everything you need: large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee pot, crockery, tableware etc. + Each room has air conditioning that works well and quietly, independently of each other. + Comfortable beds. The lighting in the bedrooms is very well designed, there are bedside tables, sockets to charge your devices. + Internet wifi is stable, but not very fast, about 10Mbps. This is enough for Youtube and video calls.
