Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale; vorrei ringraziare in modo particolare lo chef Ali Şen, che ci ha aiutato moltissimo durante il nostro soggiorno. In generale apprezziamo molto gli hotel Rixos e abbiamo soggiornato più volte con tutta la famiglia. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel alle famiglie con bambini: ci sono tantissime attività come l’aquapark, il mini club e buffet dedicati ai bambini. Sicuramente lo sceglieremo di nuovo. Inoltre, l’accesso gratuito e il servizio navetta per The Land of Legends rappresentano un grande valore aggiunto.

How i can thank you for that wonderful vacation we have? Best hotel i visit.. I went to Rixos Premium , Titanic Lara, Limak Lara and others but all of them aren't close to ETHNO BELEK.. The atmosphere, the place vibes, Kids club ( it's another Level), the stuff all over the hotel and everything.. Best hotel at Belek.. We loved everything about our family stay! The check-in was very fast, and the reception manager was incredibly kind and helpful. Our Junior Suite with a pool view was perfect—very calm, a great size for our family, and had a huge, comfortable bed. Our cleaning lady was wonderful, always smiling and keeping the room spotless. The facilities are fantastic for families. The pools were always clean, and our daughter loved the Kids Club, playground, and all the entertainment. We want to give a very special thank you to Melisa from the animation team; she was so kind and made our daughter's holiday truly special. The food was great, with good variety at the buffets and à la carte restaurants. We especially loved the Turkish dishes! The restaurant manager was very helpful, and all the bar and restaurant staff were lovely. A huge highlight was the spa. We had a hammam and full-body massage, and it was truly amazing. Our daughter loved it too! The location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach and very close to Belek centre and Land of the Legends (which we highly recommend). We had a wonderful time.

The hotel offered a fantastic variety of food every day, with delicious options for everyone. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, keeping the whole family entertained. The beach was beautiful, clean, and had such a relaxing, positive vibe. Highly recommended for a memorable family getaway
