Easy check in. Room was ready on time. Great facilities with complimentary coffee and tea on the morning. Ample secure parking. Great sun deck on the 2nd floor. The staff were amazing

This Rhode Island hotel, located 1.8 km from Easton’s Beach, sits on a hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A local shuttle to downtown Newport is available at a surcharge. We were in the area for our granddaughter’s graduation from Naval Officer Candidate School. The hotel location was great for getting to the Navy Base, restaurants, stores, and tourist sites. The property was clean, spacious, plenty of free parking, had a nice restaurant available for breakfast, etc, and the staff were friendly. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night.

The location is excellent, Newport and the harbor are just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Pete. He immediately gave us some helpful tips on what to do in the area and where to eat. We particularly enjoyed the small, lovingly handmade breakfast. We traveled along the East Coast for several weeks, and this was by far the best breakfast we had in a hotel!
