Staff went out of way to help me when my Grab didn’t arrive and to get me to bus station on time.

The room was great and comfortable. The bathroom and shower old. Leakage around shower. Water heater was on on the ceiling just above the shower head. It is a hazard.

Another fantastic experience at the Fusion Suites. In my last review I said this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and nothing has changed. Our room was amazing and was the best I stayed in in over a month away in five different countries. The breakfast was sensational (again) and the pools, views and staff all spectacular.
