The property is beautiful The rooms are amazing and roomy, the beds are super comfy and the welcoming reception from everyone is just lovely. Breakfast is great and sets you up for the day. Cannot recommend highly enough. The location is great for trips round Maitland and the Hunter Valley.

Location is in a perfect spot. Right on the same street as all the cafes and shops. Full Kitchen is there if you would like to eat in however there is a pizza & wine spot right next door so you are all set.

Excellent location, everything in walking distance. Friendly welcome by Kerrie, who rang us that our room was ready earlier than first advised and then showed us around and explained the facilities. Good size beautiful room, nice and cool when we arrived as the "heath was on" on that day, comfortable bed, excellent shared area, coffee machine/tea making facilities with plenty of choice. Port and chocolates available in the sitting room, which is beautiful and comfortable. Water and nibbles in the room. Cooked breakfast on the terrace, served by two lovely young ladies. Everything was perfect.
