I stayed at this property with three friends as part of a motorcycle tour. The property is on the outskirts of Kulmbach about a 30 min walk from the lovely medieval town centre. It is a traditional Landgasthof (Pub with rooms) and I was sad we didn't have time for a beer on site as we arrived a bit later in the day. The owners was very welcoming and keen to make our stay pleasant, providing advice about restaurants in town and maps of local motorcycle routes. The breakfast was the best of our week's tour. The usual cold meats, cheese and bread but served beautifully with fresh eggs and milk in a quaint and homely dining room.

Easy walk to trains, buses and the old town. Views across a lovely park. Well appointed rooms. Such helpful staff who genuinely wanted you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. Eggs cooked to order as part of an excellent breakfast. Great value for money all round. Would highly recommend.

Charming large country house. There are many board games in the living room, there are also music CDs with classic music. A lot of space. Comfortable beds with clean linens. There are 2-3 parking spaces in front of the house. Very friendly staff.

Rent, god seng og god frokost. Hyggelig personale og kort togtur til Bayreuth. Stille og ikke varmt på rommet om natten selv om det ikke var luftavkjøling på tross av st det var hetebølge.
