Clean, very close to the Los Cristianos beach, restaurants, bar's, supermarkets, easy to arrive from ariport with bus 40 until estacion los cristianos (T) and down to the street arround 10min to walk. Good value for money.

Location was great, meters away from the beach and the street behind the main promenade with restaurants, bars, coffee places, shops. The room was very clean, spacious as for single room and well equipped (hangers, fan, small sofa, kettle+mugs). The shared bathroom was also very clean. The location is 10mins from 24h a day bus to the airport so between central location to eat, have fun and beach and easy access to public transport and airport, it was a gem and really worth every penny.

The room and the whole house were very nice, really pleasant to stay at. Upon our arrival, Joanna, the place owner, gave us a warm welcome and a good tour around the place. You can buy wine, water, or snacks from her if you are too lazy to get out of the house. There's, however, a supermarket some 5 minutes away from the property. With the genius level on booking, we also had free breakfast as a pleasant bonus. The food was nice and Joanna can prepare what you like. There also are three golden retrievers living in the house, sweet and friendly things, but just be aware of that.

We were surprised when we arrived because we were expecting a small hotel rather than a one bedroom B&B. However this was no problem as it was a most wonderful place. The room had its own large three sided terrace that had sun all day long. It had its own private jacuzzi on the terrace. Lilly who owns the apartment was a lovely person who was eager to please but didn't interfere in any way with you enjoying the facilities. The room was reasonably well appointed with a kettle and coffee maker and additional goodies. The breakfasts were out of this world with a great variety of local healthy foods. The apartment is in a high quality development with two outdoor swimming pools, one of which is heated. The pools were never busy in all the time we were there. The apartment looks across a huge open space which is a nature reserve and has sea views. There were many walks locally and as we had a hire car we could access the wonderful Tenerife mountains and countryside for limitless walks. Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are close by, about 15 mins by car.
