Gorgeous estate, super clean venue overall and room in particular, very well equipped (the building has a well-equipped kitchen at the ground floor which was particularly helpful when travelling with a toddler). It was the perfect getaway during the French heatwave (we booked the room "Charme" which was perfectly insulated and temperature didn't surpass 23 degrees). Needless to say, the pool was a huge plus. The hosts are lovely and we can definitely feel their passion for what they do and the hard wprk they put into renovating the farm 15 years back.

This is the place, that you don’t want to leave Ruddy is amazing! His second name should be- hospitality. The room was new, with great vintage details in it. Really good towels and nice linen bed sheets Breakfast was so good! elegantly served with fresh local juice, fresh bakery and amazing omelet with secret ingredient- which is love, I suppose I really enjoyed that quite, beautiful freshly renovated house, with amazing owners It seems that you are going to the old friends, instead of guest house. Guys made a great list of recommendations with nice restaurants, interesting places, and great local shops! J’adore! I highly, highly recommend! It was the best place I’ve stayed in my entire life! The history. Built in the early 1400’s, it was incredible to hear the history of the Château and who had stayed there in the time of the Marquis who built it. Anna looked after us so well. It was very quiet and peaceful there too. We felt special and appreciated the experience. The town of Bélleme is only a few minutes drive away with great restaurants and is worth a walk around. Absolutely magnificent. Loved it!

The location was perfect, in a very pretty, historic, rural part of France. The property itself is an old, nicely renovated farm which retains the charm of the old. It is in a lovely garden setting, very comfortable, and furnished with all you need, except, perhaps, for reliable wifi. It was patchy much of the time. Our only (small) disappointment was the breakfast - the croissants and bread were from the day before - inevitable in a remote area - and we would have loved to have some local fruit.

Beautiful house and pool, amazing attention to detail (bed and table linen, garden, details around the room etc), great dinner hosted by Pascal and the most amazing breakfasts with variety of home-made goods. We really enjoyed being woken up by birds chirping..such relaxing experience.
