Beautiful Chateau in a gorgeous setting. Lovely old world ambience with all the expected features of a grande maison. The furnishings were lovely and the garden setting tranquil and inviting. Breakfast with the other guests at the long table in the dining room was a highlight. Another highlight was the swimming pool on a very hot afternoon! Our host Mary and her colleague Monique were delightful. Monique in particular ('the Prof') helped us improve our French.

The best continental breakfast we have had fresh and lots of choice. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful property would definitely go back.

The owners put a lot of effort into making the rooms beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh juices and excellent bread and pancakes. The location is very convenient to nearby attractions and bike and walking paths. Parking is also sufficiently available across the street.

I had a fantastic 2 night stay here. I was traveling by motorcycle and this place is ideal. The hosts are lovely and very good hosts. The breakfasts were fantastic with lots of homemade jams, compotes, yoghurt etc (there's an orchard next door). It's a 30 minute walk into town which is pleasant. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Very nice friendly dog who kept me company over breakfast.

I’m not exaggerating when I state that this jewel of a find was perfect for our stay of two nights. The room was nicely decorated in the style of days gone by, non of this industrialized rubbish accommodation that is far too often what you get for the price we paid. No sir, this was classy, comfortable, historical, with a nice view of the Loire, AND a wonderful and copieuse “petit déjeuner”…think brunch without greasy food. There was a telly, but I didn’t need it…same with WiFi…although, that was good to gather more info about what to see. As for the owners & staff…they were very kind and helpful, cheerful, and well…the Parrot! I’ve never seen one so close up…fascinating…you can sense it is an intelligent animal, and so beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Patio, it’s indoor court, lavish decorations and wonderful hosts. That’s a 10/10 from my point of view.
