I had booked for my parents and it is always a bit of a worry booking for others but I needn't have worried. My parents were extremely well catered for and they enjoyed their stay very much. Hosts David and Caroline could not have made them more welcome. It was a really good choice on my part! We would thoroughly recommend Turks Hall.

We loved staying at the Knoll Hill Farm. The owner was lovely and the staff as well. Breakfast was delicious, especially the porridge. The animals on the farm made the stay even better than expected.

Bill and Rosie were lovely hosts with great advice on places to visit and logistics for getting there. The B and B was in the most beautiful setting in a cute village with castle ruins and charming cottages. The Mill was surrounded by lovely gardens and a local public footpath nearby. Rosie made a wonderful cooked breakfast with homemade bread and fresh berries. We enjoyed spending time with the resident cats who made us feel more at home as we missed our own cats. The mill was centrally located to many of the things we wanted to do so served as a great base. Rosie and Bill provided very clear directions to get there and some nice suggestions for places to eat nearby for dinner. We stayed in the family suite which had a mini fridge stocked with milk for tea and chilled water they refilled each day. There was a large selection of tea bags and some instant coffee and little packs of different cookies/biscuits. Would love to come stay again.

The space was incredibly welcoming, and the renovated stable was simply astonishing. Breakfast was delightful, with a wide array of delicious options to choose from. Simon and Aly, the owners, were exceptionally kind, ensuring that every detail was perfectly attended to during our stay. Jasper, their dog, was the cherry on top of our experience, always greeting us warmly. We felt completely at home

a very beautiful and comfortable village cottage inn, breakfast is excellent. The staff gave us a complimentary entrance to the Stourhead garden and house, which saved us ₤40! a big pleasant surprise to us .

Such an incredibly charming place to stay. John and Jeffy have thought of everything and the barn has been lovingly restored. It’s very comfortable, beautiful furnishings, the fire is such a treat, the breakfast is excellent and the location is fantastic for exploring the area. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
