Breakfast was plentiful and was brought up to you personally so that eaten on the veranda outside your room. The room itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hosts, Donatella and her husband were perfect hosts and couldn’t have more welcoming despite our poor understanding of Italian.

Parking and check in were very easy. It is very affordable for north of Italy and it's close to the city center by car. Hosts were very professional and kind. There were fridge and the washing machine in the room. You get exactly what you see, and there's really nothing to complain about if you are aware of what's waiting for you. We had no negative experiences.

This place is so amazing! Great value for money. We took 2 rooms, which were connected with a cute little kitchen area. Each room had a door ofc. Not only the rooms are wonderful and cosy, but also Antonio (the owner) is very polite and friendly. We were greeted with a big smile and treats (fresh fruits/breakfast products and coffee). The design of this place is so beautiful! Everything was very clean and cosy, oww we even got the Netflix :P The location is cool too, it takes around 15-20 min to get to the city center by foot. Brescia is a charming town and worth a visit. The music festival is amazing with all types of music at every corner in the streets including right outside this guesthouse!!! The hosts were helpful and caring and booked us reservation at Al Fontanone, right around the corner. The best meal yet in Italy!! Lovely hosts and charming guesthouse, great for families.
