Honestly, this was probably my best experience with Booking stays. The host, Manuela, is extremely nice and very helpful. Everyday breakfast served directly in the room was excellent. Newly equipped apartment with all you can need. Pleasant outside seating area on the terrace and a nice view from the balcony on the other side. Good location near Lago di Maggiore (however, a car is probably needed here). Flexible check-in and check-out.

We came here with my friend, and it looked exactly how it does on the pictures. The village is a little further from the station but we didn’t mind the walk around 45 min, and also hitchhiked two times… The view was really awesome and the property owner was super nice and explained everything to us and also gave us advice on what to visit. Also it was great, that even though he also stays, we had a lot of privacy and time for ourselves. Really recommend it if you like relaxation and scenic views.

If you are looking for a place to stay on your leisure trip, then, this is the best place next to Milan.. Away from the daily hustle bustle of a city.. located on the banks of a lake.. calm and quite.. the proporty is having its own botanical garden.. spread in acres of land.. you can Njoy the beauty of the lake Maggiore.. as well as a trek to the nearest hill .. 3500 feet heigh.. can go for walk.. Njoy the best gelato and best of the pizza on the lake side.. Last but not the least.. Ms Sylvia, who takes care of your stay is always there to help you out.. and.. She is a very good chef also.. the breakfast time is the best time .. you will Njoy with your family.. Suggested to keep few cycles ( both manual. And battery operated) for easy commuting to the nearest market.. Thanks

We stayed for 2 nights in September with beautiful lake view, sunset view and the sounds of the lake and an active small town. An amazing little accommodation, where you can have your dinner at the restaurants balcony and then walk 2 stairs up to your own balcony. Clean room, a little fridge and all basics you need. The owner and the staff are fantastic. Don't miss the cable car to the mountain top when you stay in Laveno-Mombello.

The room was wonderful, spacious, very light, with a large comfortable bed and a great bathroom, and with a functioning aircon. Location is nice, a few minutes walk from Lago Maggiore, with a little beach, and across the road there's a solid restaurant.

We came to see Santa Caterina and stayed at this place. Everything was perfect and great. It was a safe place. The host was a very kind man. The breakfast was unique and delicious. We were completely satisfied.

Very comfortable large room. Good bed and full bathroom. Immaculately clean facility with on site parking. Nice outside shady sitting area.

A lovely little B&B (only 3 rooms, with airconditioning) in a quiet location by the lake. A nice clean room, modern bathroom, good breakfast and a very kind (English speaking owner. In the kitchen you can use the fridge and take coffee. The place has a nice garden and pool en and covered parking on site. There are a few good restaurants in town (Arolo, walking distance) and several things to discover in the area.

It took a little time to get there by foot but it worth it. We had a wonderful view from the room! Quite hard for us to speak only italian but we did it ; the host was really kind and the breakfast huge.
