Although we arrived earlier than expected this was no issue. We were welcomed by Marina. The location is really great. The tremendous view on the garden and see. Really nice pool to cool down when the sun is shining. But the most important thing for us was the cordiality of Mama and Marina. What lovely ladies. No question or request is too crazy. In short, if you want to have a nice stay, this is the place to stay. Close to the beach. The beach in Sirolo is recommended. a bit of climbing but then you have something. Also nice eateries in Civitanova Alta. Grazie ancora Marina e mamma!

We used this place as a stopover, both going and returning, from Puglia. It was excellent for this as not far off the SS road. A good supermarket is located nearby as well as a couple of nearby restaurants (consider booking ahead so as not to be disappointed). The little garden was ideal for our small dog, as was the nearby beach perfect stop. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Quite a perfekt room for a couple of days next to the adriatic sea. As nearly always at the adriatic coast, you are very close top the Railway also, which is parallel to the coast. But the windows and doors of the entire accomodation are also new like the hole place and isolating extremly good. So it's fine. I had a good time there. Easy Access also and parking directly at the house.
