Breakfast was excellent. Classic European breakfast with everything you would like to have. We had a wonderful enjoyable time there. The B&B is a wonderful restored farm house that is absolutely gorgeous. The owners are on site and are wonderful people who are engaging and very informative. You can’t help but have a wonderful stay there. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice house in a quiet environment, not far from Giethoorn, the popular Venice of Netherlands. The room is cosy and well equipped with a comfortable bed, a large shower, a mini fridge and coffee/tea. The breakfast is exceptional, combining choice and quality. Hosts make guests feel like at friends in the spirit of a B&B. Possibility to rent bikes. Good choice of restaurants (cf Tripadvisor) in Steenwijk or Meppel but recommended to make a reservation.

We stayed in the Family Room with Balcony and had the wonderful breakfast in the room. We were received with a smile in the amazing garden by Huib and once we got in to the room he gave us a great cup of coffee with a cookie and made us feel at home. The room was great, the view is beautiful and so is the neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food to choose from. Huib and Anja are very friendly and accommodating hosts.
