Firstly, the location: if you don't drive, don't choose this place. If you do, then it's one of those rare gems that needs to be nourished! Located in the hills, in quite possibly one of the most beautiful locations in the Algarve, just outside Bordeira, and near to Santa Barbara de Nexe, the views from the guest house are spectacular. This is classed as a rural guest house, but I have never seen such a well equipped and spacious kitchen, if you want to self cater, in my life. It is out of this world, equally, the guest lounge and dining room, all occupying the top floor, are like a TV location set. Four en suite rooms and again, nothing left out. This place is an absolute gem. I would stay anytime here. Even has central heating for those chilly winter evenings. 10/10 from me.

Very hospitable, friendly hosts. Felt like you were staying with good friends. Nothing was too much trouble, we were even able to do laundry. A good base to explore local villages and the more authentic Algarve. Close to excellent restaurants.

It was wonderful! The owners Antonio and Maria are so lovely. It is a stunning place and just beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. They made our family feel incredibly welcome and we did not want to leave. Simply magical!

Lovely place with south facing terraces to have breakfast and fully equipped kitchen. Beds very comfy with proper down duvet for cold days. Lovely host with two friendly dogs and a cat - what's not to like ? Highly recommended

Everything about this property is wonderful from the moment Nidia greeted us until we left. Nidia is so helpful about everything and also recommendations for restaurants and points of interest. This place is really new….so super clean…and has every amenity you will need for your stay…..wish we could have stayed longer. The beds are the best we have slept while traveling thru-out Portugal, not to mention the sheets and towels are super wonderful. Its very private and peaceful. There is a rooftop which is great to watch the sunsets and enjoy the cool breezes. We highly recommend this place for short or long term stays. You will not be disappointed. Book it TODAY!!

The residence is very well-equipped for all you need to relax and enjoy. I also enjoyed the decorations very much. Everything was very clean and well treated.
