Beautiful, peaceful location in the mountains outside of Banska Brystrica! The woman who ran the hotel was extremely friendly and nice (as was her son that we spoke with on the phone). She was very accommodating to our requests throughout our stay. She even shared some special Slovak cheese with us! Price was extremely reasonable!

As the breakfast was one of the reason we had chosen this hotel, we were a little bit disappointed. However the next morning when we were to leave for the day we saw that the breakfast was waiting for us on the table. Unfortunately we could not eat it anymore, but if we knew about it ....

Great, quiet location but near enough to town to be convenient. Balcony was great. Breakfast was great and three different types of coffee! Good conversation and some local history. Parking lot was nice.
