Honestly, you will have a very hard time getting a better overall experience anywhere in the area. And for us who have travelled the world, it was pretty much at the top. It is worth booking La Bohème for a couple of days even if you were not planning to visit the region. It is that good.

Just a short and easy drive about 10-12 minutes from the property until the entrance of Observatory at Park Megantic. The facilities are a masterpiece of woodwork made at its most by Mr. Denis, the host/proprietary. You can spend hours looking all decoration details in the room, living room, etc... Each room has a jacuzzi at the restroom, and it was great, amazing I could say. The rooms don't have its own fridge, but there is a comunitary fridge in the living room just a few steps from the rooms. It was enough to keep our bottle of wine and a couple of sandwiches cold.

All the reviews of the gite made mention of the breakfast and no wonder! Geraldine went out of her way to provide a varied breakfast each morning with loads of food!

Situated within 13 km of Club de Golf du Vieux Village and 23 km of Palace de Granby, Gite Passion et Tendresse B&B features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Shefford. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Stephan and Therese we exceptional hosts and very accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable which included a mini fridge and a coffee maker with pods supplied as well. Don't get me started on the breakfast, it was AMAZING!!! We had crepes and French toast and on another day we tried the omelette. And be sure to inquire about the homemade jams. We bought 2 jars.
